Recognize a pet or person with a permanent tribute tag that will hang on a dedication wall in our Community Veterinary Hospital. Your gift supports OHS' Community Veterinary Hospital, Animal Crimes Forensic Center, and Behavior and Rescue Center. 
Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for your tribute tag to be printed and installed.
