Within 5 business days of receiving this application, OHS will be in touch to discuss details of your sponsorship and will provide you with a formal agreement outlining the terms of partnership.
Your sponsorship of Doggie Dash 2023 is not confirmed until payment has been received and the formal agreement has been signed.
If application or agreement is received by OHS after April 21, 2023, your business will be placed on a waitlist and may incur an additional rush fee of $300 to process your sponsorship.
